Processing of personal data
By sending the booking request, you give your consent to Marcela Fišerová, registered at Dolní Rokytnice 517, 512 44 Rokytnice nad Jizerou, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO): 69169802, operator of Apartmány Fišerka (the “Controller”), to process the following personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data:
- name and surname
- phone numbers
- e-mail addresses
- IP addresses
This data is needed to handle your booking request and to communicate with you about your stay. The Controller will process it for 36 months.
You give your express consent to the processing described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or a letter to the Controller’s contact details, e-mail: recepce@apartmany-fiserka.cz.
Personal data is processed by the Controller, but it may also be processed on the Controller’s behalf by these processors:
- Software (website) provider Robin Mokrý, Úprkova 704/14, 500 09 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO): 88720128
- Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, which the Controller does not currently use.
Please note that under the GDPR you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- ask us what personal data of yours we process,
- ask us for an explanation of how your personal data is processed,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
- request that we restrict the processing,
- request that we erase this personal data,
- object to the processing,
- request that the data be transferred to another controller,
- if in doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
